A Lovely Home in Lloyd Harbor

We sanded and refinished all of the floors in this house with the objective of getting to a more transitional color & finish. We came up with the perfect custom blend gray / brown stain that the homeowner loved. The hard part was getting all the Red Oak floors in the bedrooms as well as the Red Oak stairs & handrails to at least match in tone to the White Oak floors present in the main level and upstairs hallway. We bleached the Red Oak and altered the stain blend just a bit in order to achieve this inter-species harmony!
